In an article/page in project environments, it seems only “Visual with text” paragraph allows adding images in the content. The images are always shown in the left of the text. Are there options for (1) adjusting the positions of the images (e.g., left,right,above,behind the text), (2) adding the photos without text, (3) adjusting the size of displayed images in the content?

You can upload images inside your text editor as well (see screenshot). Then you can use the handles on the images to resize them.

I tried the text editor and indeed I could upload images and the images appeared. However, I could not effectively resize the images (the images in the editor view could be resized, but the preview/actual view didn’t display the resized version).
It seems the system only allows the default size (same size as the “Visual with text” option). Please see an example below (I put the “Visual with text” and “Text” images in the same frame for your reference).
