At the moment, the View Paragraph only supports “Upcoming events” to show the Events chronologically. May I ask for another option to show all the events chronologically? I have circumvented this missing function by adding tags to all the “event” pages and show them in the list using “Overview with tags”, but the events are now shown in the order of published dates.

Yes, indeed. At the moment, there is only the option for “upcoming events” to be shown chronologically. I would like to have an option to show “All events” (or even better selected events based on themes/tags) to be shown in a chronological order.
Tagged content overview now has an option “Event” as well (see image). This should give you flexible options. If type “event” is selected, than sorting will be done chronologically on “Date”.

This works well. However, may I ask that the Events can be shown from the newest to the oldest? Because it is now default as oldest->newest. We have about 40+ events, so visitors now need to scroll down quite a bit to see the newest ones.

Note that this feature has impact on previously made pages who use the view paragraph. The impact is on the ‘type’-setting in the ‘Overview with tags’ view:
- ‘page’ now shows only items without a date
- ‘event’ now shows items who have a date
